- Hear back from Andrew on a time to talk.
- Confirm whether Z’s brother staying a couple nights changes the coverage plan.
- Confirm where Andrew is staying.
- Walk Andrew through the house in person before departure.

Two recurring care areas:
- house-handoff.md — plants, leak check, basic house coverage.
- pool-handoff.md — brush, skimmer, chemicals, Splashy.
